Rinse an 8 ½ inch pie plate in hot water. Dry well and rub butter on bottom of pie plate until all the butter is used. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs and press lightly to make crust. Put remaining ingredients, except strawberries into a food processor or blender and blend until smooth. Pour over crust and bake on middle shelf of oven until set, about 30 minutes. Cool well then decorate with strawberry halves. Makes 10 servings and there are 102 calories per serving.
