This is one of the easiest ways to make perfect asparagus that everyone will love.
1 ½ lb. asparagus, trimmed
1/3 cup yogurt
1 lemon, juiced
1 tbsp. chopped dill
1 tsp. honey
salt and pepper
Steam asparagus until just tender. Rinse in cold water and chill in fridge. Stir together honey, yogurt, dill, and lemon. Place asparagus on platter; drizzle dressing over and season to taste with salt and pepper
