Dr. Ann’s Healthy Hummus
Hummus is delicious, healthy, easy to make and pleasantly filling.
- 1 15-oz can of garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, crushed and peeled
- 1/3-cup tahini
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 3-5 tbsp of lemon juice (suit your own taste)
- ¼ cup water
Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor (I use my bullet). Blend to desired consistency. Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 7 days.
