Heat olive oil in a medium-size heavy skillet over medium heat. Add onions and scallions. Cook until soft, about 3 minutes.
Add paprika, cumin, and garlic. Stir continuously for 1 minute.
Add Swiss chard and continue stirring over medium heat until the leaves are soft about 3-4 minutes.
Add corn and stir until well-mixed. Serve hot!
