3-4 ounces of shredded or chopped chicken breast (pre-packaged strips or rotisserie chicken are easiest)
1/4 cup of canned, sliced black olives
1/4 cup of canned, chopped artichoke hearts
1 large handful of baby spinach leaves
2 tbsp prepared tzatsziki sauce (Greek cucumber sauce available in most grocers)
1/4 cup of crumbled goat or feta cheese
Several diced cherry or grape tomatoes
1 100% whole wheat pita pocket
