These coaching sessions are the essence of Zoom to Health and a feature my students rave about. Consistently connecting with me and a group of like-minded individuals is at the heart of grounding your commitment to the journey. 🌬️ Breathwork Sessions

This brand-new feature offers the opportunity to learn the breathing techniques I’ve recently become qualified to teach. They are truly life-changing!

✅ Every session is recorded and made available, so don’t worry if you can’t make every single one.

✅ “In-the-Kitchen” Coaching Sessions occur on Tuesdays (consecutively for three weeks and then bi-weekly alternating between noon and 5:15 pm Eastern). 

✅ Breathwork Sessions will occur once a month in addition to the “In-the-Kitchen” Coaching Sessions. We’ll poll the class to see which days and times are best for these.

Think of Zoom to Health as having special access to my virtual kitchen table where solid science and practical guidance are served in such an inspiring way that healthy living quickly becomes a part of who you are.
