Customer Service Policies

We strive for excellence in customer service.



All of our orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service to the address that you submitted to us when you placed your order. According to USPS it can take anywhere from 2 to 9 business days for your order to arrive. We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours of the time they were placed.


Returns Policy

If a product was received in a damaged state, you may return it within 72 hours for a full refund to include your shipping costs. After we have received the damaged product in the mail, we will provide a full refund to include all shipping costs either as a refund to your credit card or as a check that will be mailed to you. As an alternative, we are happy to send you, for no additional shipping charges, the identical product you originally ordered a second time.


Items That Are Not Returnable or Refundable does not accept returns or offer refunds on any of of the following items with the exception of shipped items that are received in a damaged state as noted above:

  • Books (Eat Right for Life; Eat Right for Life Cookbook Companion; Eat Right for Life: On the Go; Eat Right for Life: The Family Plan; Weigh Less for Life; Dr. Ann’s 10-Step Diet…)
  • Downloadable/Digital Books or other products
  • Booked Retreats or Seminars
