12 Foods Always In My Fridge

A great way to steer away from eating unhealthy foods is to keep them out of your home! Studies show “out of sight, out of mind” really works. On the contrary, having healthy foods readily visible increases consumption. Here are a few staples that can always be found in my fridge. Not only are they incredible for your health, they’re delicious.

  1. Large container of non-fat or low-fat plain Greek yogurt
  2. Organic, plain unsweetened soy milk
  3. Hummus
  4. Omega 3, free-range eggs
  5. At least 4 varieties of fresh fruit
  6. At least 6 varieties of fresh vegetables
  7. Organic, plain kefir
  8. Sauerkraut with live cultures
  9. Prepared salsa
  10. Healthy dinner leftovers
  11. Chia seeds
  12. Hemp seeds
