Top 5 Tips for Raising a Healthy Eater

Raising a healthy eater can sometimes be easier said than done. Here are my top 5 tips for raising a healthy eater:

  1. Be a healthy role model.
  2. Make sure your home is a haven for healthy eating.
  3. Sit down for family meals as often as possible.
  4. Always use positive language and an upbeat, cheerful attitude when discussing food and eating habits with your children.
  5. Limit TV viewing.
