Zoom to Health is a yearlong immersive experience that gives you everything you need to feel your absolute best—physically, emotionally, and mentally. It’s structured, evidence-based, deeply personal, and incredibly practical.

Each month, we’ll gather live on Zoom—right in my kitchen—with my daughter Lucie, a private chef and culinary creative. Together, we’ll teach you how to master simple, nourishing cooking skills that make healthy eating feel easy and enjoyable. From homemade yogurt, kefir, and sauerkraut to effortless weeknight dinners, these sessions are all about making healthy cooking second nature—and scrumptious. Bring all your healthy cooking questions to the table.

Program Details: What You Can Expect

The Zoom to Health curriculum is designed for flexibility, clarity, and real-life integration. Here’s what’s included:

You’ll receive lifetime access to all e-courses and materials, including:

  • 📝 Printable “Plan of Action” Guides — Clear, step-by-step instructions for applying what you learn

The curriculum is dripped out monthly, giving you plenty of time to absorb the material, reflect, and form questions before our live sessions.

💻 Live Group Coaching Sessions

  •  Held weekly for the first 3 weeks
  •  Biweekly (2x month) for the remainder of the year
  • 🕛 Sessions alternate between Tuesdays at 12:00 PM and 5:15 PM ET to accommodate busy schedules
  • 📼 Every session is recorded and available within 24 hours—so you never miss a thing
  • Students who can’t make the live sessions are welcome to submit their questions prior regardless  and hear Dr. Ann’s answers to their questions via the live zoom recordings

You’re free to move through the material at your own pace and revisit any part of the program at any time.

  • Monthly Zoom classes in my kitchen where we uncover simple tools, tricks, and recipes to make healthy cooking and eating that much easier, and tastier.
