3 Ways to Curb your Cravings for Sweets

  1. Restrict the Great White Hazards – white flour products, white rice, white potatoes, and sugar/sweets.  They drive your blood sugar down quickly which triggers sugar cravings.
  2. Avoid artificial sweeteners.  These exquisitely sweet agents keep your inner cookie monster primed and ready.
  3. Eat regularly – 3 meals a day with a mid-afternoon snack and be sure to include some protein at each feeding.

For those occasions where you feel you absolutely MUST indulge, make sure you opt for a healthy dessert, like this recipe for Healthy Blueberry Crumble.  DELICIOUS!
