- A variety of bagged teas
- Steel cut oats or old fashioned oats
- Cocoa powder
- Brown rice
- Honey or molasses
- Organic vegetable broth

- Extra virgin olive oil
- A variety of vinegars
- Stone-ground grits
- Dark chocolate bars
